{"id":16577,"date":"2025-06-04T15:23:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T01:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.environment-hawaii.org\/?p=16577"},"modified":"2025-06-07T09:03:28","modified_gmt":"2025-06-07T19:03:28","slug":"jury-finds-affordable-housing-scheme-defendants-guilty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/environment-hawaii.org\/?p=16577","title":{"rendered":"EH-XTRA: Jury Finds Affordable Housing Scheme Defendants Guilty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Just before noon today, on their fourth day of deliberation, the 12 jurors for the Department of Justice\u2019s case against Paul Joseph Sulla, Jr., Gary Charles Zamber, and Rajesh P. Budhabhatti reconvened before U.S. District Judge Jill A. Otake to deliver their verdict: Guilty on all counts.<br><br>The men had each been charged with one county of conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud and nine counts of honest services wire fraud.
