Correction: In this issue, the caption on the photo on Page 11 incorrectly states that its is of a stream gage in Waikapu Stream that “shows flows were well below the interim instream flow standard of 2.9 million gallons a day (mgd) in October.\u201d \u00a0According to Water Commission staff, the photo in fact\u00a0shows a\u00a0gage on the Parshall flume at the end of the South Waikapu ditch flowing into Reservoir #1 that “shows flows of approximately 0.92 mgd into Reservoir #1.”<\/p>\n
